As we reflect on some of the most turbulent times in our nation’s history, we feel compelled to unite our constituency around our shared values that we have demonstrated for more than 90 years. We also stand firmly in our belief that there is no place for bigotry, discrimination, and hate in our country.

Recently two dozen volunteers, in partnership with Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation, came together to #BeKind and #LiveUnited by packing more than 400 backpacks with school supplies so children across the Bay Area will be ready for school. In service and in love for our neighbors, this was one small step in uniting our community around kindness.
