United Way Bay Area Conference Room Rentals

Host your next event in the heart of the financial district in downtown San Francisco at 550 Kearny (Kearny & California). We have reasonable rates and flexible booking.

1st floor Board Room: $600/day

Technical support

Audio/Visual or Technical support will be charged at a daily rate based on type(s) of services.

2015 rate: $75 hour, two-hour minimum.

Reservations available up to six months in advance
Certificate of liability insurance is required.

The visiting organization must dispose of all food, food service items and garbage at the end of the day according to building disposal and recycle requirements.

After hours and weekend meetings will be charged for supplemental security and HVAC services.

As of 1-1-2015:
HVAC is approximately $90 per hour. 
Security approximately $40 per hour.

Please note:
UWBA does not provide catering or food service items. 
UWBA does not provide flipcharts, markers, pens, paper or other meeting supplies.
