Back-to-School Drive Update: Bigger Need=Bigger Goal

We started our drive with a goal to provide 1000 fully supplied backpacks for students this summer. Donors generously responded, and no sooner had we met our goal than more requests flooded in. We have therefore stretched our goal to collect 1,500 backpacks, to better serve our community. ​

That means we need to collect an additional 500 backpacks in just a few short weeks! ​

Whatever the grade level, when students start school with the equipment they need, they are better positioned for academic success. Donated backpacks also help families in-need manage expenses, which increase when school is out of session. Donating a backpack is just one way you can help Bay Area students thrive. ​
