United for Equity Community Partner Convening

We are connecting with and learning from United Way Bay Area’s community partners with regional Partner Convenings all year long!

About this event

United Way Bay Area is celebrating a Century of Impact, United for Equity as we mark our centennial this year! Throughout the years we have built many partnerships and would not be where we are today without partners like you.

We would like to invite you to UWBA’s First Centennial Community Partner Convening on September 29th, 2022 at the William E. Walker Recreation Center from 12pm – 3:30pm.

Attendees will be able to connect, share solutions, learn, and be inspired. Our convening will feature discussions around direct cash assistance and hear directly from community members. Specifically, we will discuss the idea of universal basic income and why guaranteed income programs can make a difference.

There will be two more convenings in the Bay Area later this year – one in Solano County and one in Contra Costa County.

Lunch will be provided.

This event will only be In-Person at this time. Remote attendance will not be available.

A limited amount of COVID-19 antigen tests will be available on site.
