We are looking for volunteers to join us at our OnTrack Career Expo to help our students learn about various career options through interactive demos and sharing of experiences. There are two types of volunteer opportunities:

  • Tabling: Host an interactive table at OnTrack where you bring your work to life! Set up a short interactive activity that gives youth a real taste of what you do, whether it’s a tool you use, a problem you solve, or a skill from your field. No formal presentation needed. Just an engaging, drop-in experience that sparks curiosity and helps young people connect to real careers.
  • Career Chat Guides: Join us for OnTrack’s café corner, sitting down with young people for relaxed, informal conversations about their career journey. Think of it like a coffee chat, youth asking questions about your path, your industry, and the lessons you’ve learned along the way. No preparation needed. Just real talk over a cup of coffee.
OnTrack is looking for a diverse group of coaches and exhibitors and would like to emphasize the need for BIPOC volunteers, especially those who identify as women. Volunteers who are first in their families to attend college, and/or have nontraditional education and career backgrounds are encouraged to participate.
