We’re thrilled to host the annual Mayor’s Youth Jobs + Resource Fair on Saturday, March 17th. During this day-long job and resource fair, we offer wraparound support services to put underserved youth on a path to economic security. Together with our Mayor’s Youth Jobs+ partners, corporate sponsors and volunteers, we connect hundreds of San Francisco youth to:
-employment readiness training
-workshops on customer service, housing, and legal rights
-resource tables offering support on re-entry, mental health and more
-resume writing and review
We’re seeking volunteers to help in a variety of roles at the fair:

Mayor’s Youth Jobs+ is a city-wide program to help young adults (ages 16-24) find employment. Since 2012, we have provided over 35,000 youth with jobs and work opportunities.
This initiative is a partnership between the City of San Francisco, United Way Bay Area, the Department of Children, Youth & Their Families, the Office of Economic and Workforce Development, the San Francisco Unified School District, youth-serving nonprofits and hundreds of San Francisco businesses. This one-day annual event is a part of the Mayor’s Youth Jobs + program, and is hosted by United Way Bay Area.
