Powerhouse women with a passion for fighting poverty in the Bay Area

Women United: Leading the Way in the Bay Area

Women United is a diverse network of Bay Area women leaders dedicated to helping low-income women and families move out of poverty. With a focus on UWBA’s SparkPoint program and economic advocacy, members engage in networking, exclusive volunteer opportunities, and social events—taking an active role in building stronger communities.

Why Women United?

Women United harnesses the collective power and passion of Bay Area women leaders to drive real change. By joining, members help women and families build financial stability through direct support, hands-on volunteering, and strategic advocacy. Women United focuses on key initiatives like SparkPoint and early childhood success, offering members opportunities to lead, connect, and create a lasting impact across our community.

Together, we amplify our voices to break the cycle of poverty and advance opportunities for women and families throughout the Bay Area.
