Help Bay Area Youth Get On Track
Volunteers Needed
We’re looking for volunteers to introduce youth to potential career options. All volunteers are welcome! We are especially in need of individuals who identify as women, were the first in their families to attend college, have nontraditional education and career backgrounds, or represent Black and Brown communities.
What is OnTrack Expo
A special one-day event where youth are introduced to a variety of careers through interactive demos and volunteers who have similar lived experiences.

What will volunteers be doing?
Demo Host Volunteers will be hosting a table that features an interactive activity related to their career industry. As a demo host, you will guide attendees through your activity and share insights about your job, industry, and company. (2-5 demo hosts per company)
Ask Me Anything Coach Volunteers will be engaging in structured conversations related to their education/career background with individuals or small groups of youth.
